Training Workshop
October 19-21, 2005 in
Rohnert Park, CA
The Survey System is a user-friendly product, that requires very little training. Our users spontaneously mentioned "Ease of Use" when asked what they liked most about The Survey System in our most recent survey. The average user can produce attractive tables and charts within a couple of hours of installation. However, some of our clients find in-person training to be the fastest way to become a power user and get full value from the wide variety of features in The Survey System.
We offer three-day Training Workshops approximately
twice a year. The next workshop
will be held
in Rohnert Park, CA (about 45 miles north of San Francisco) on October, 2005.
Day 1 is intended primarily for newcomers and assumes no prior knowledge of The Survey System, although experienced users always
gain some useful tips. This day will cover the scope of The Survey System, setting up a survey, entering data and producing reports. After Day 1 participants will be able to set up and run basic surveys.
Day 2 will take users through advanced features, additional modules and other topics. Beginners who attend Day 1 will be able to continue through Days 2 and 3.
Day 3 will cover Interviewing, Sample Management, Voice Capture, Internet
Surveys and Reports and PDA Surveys.
The Workshop will include hands-on training with real-life examples and will take place in a fully-equipped computer classroom. The Workshop will be led by Dr. Hank Zucker, creator of The Survey System and Bill Eaton, V.P. Marketing of CRS.
