2008 COMPREHENSIVE GROUP PASS PROGRAM EMPLOYEE SURVEY
Your employer has agreed to work with Commuter Solutions on a community-wide survey of all Group Pass participants. The purpose of the survey is to update data collected five years ago, and measure any shifts in transportation choices among employees who receive this benefit. Even if you don't use your bus pass benefit, your participation is important to the success of this study. So please answer each question.
The survey will only take you five (5) minutes to complete. All responses go directly to Lockwood Research for tabulation and analysis, and are strictly confidential.
There is a prize drawing for those who complete the survey and wish to include their name in the drawing. Your name will not be linked to your responses in any way.
